THROUGH THE WRITTEN WORD®
In 2021, Alice’s first son was born via emergency C-Section in London, after her spontaneous natural labour was disrupted, due to unnecessary intervention. After recognising exactly when she handed over authority and the distortion that entered her field, she took it upon herself to clear the trauma from her first birth experience.
The outcome went beyond what Alice had initially intended. From intrusive thoughts, hyper-vigilance, haemorrhoids, and deep sadness, to name a few of her symptoms - Alice just wanted to feel like herself again.
Instead, not only did Alice clear every signal of distortion that her body was displaying, but her relationships completely shifted for the better, she lost postpartum weight without trying and she felt a new level of day-to-day happiness that completely changed how she approached her own business and life itself.
