These engagements are private applications of Source-Origin Architecture®, working directly with the underlying organisation through which recurring patterns are expressed. They are not coaching or mentoring spaces.
You may enter through a business, leadership, relationship, parenting or personal pattern.
The entry point varies. The architecture remains the same.
The work identifies the structure organising what is repeating, traces it to its Source-Origin, and works with what becomes available as unnecessary organisation is released.
WHAT IS SOURCE-ORIGIN ARCHITECTURE®?
Source-Origin Architecture® is a human systems architecture developed by Alice Kingsnorth to identify the underlying organisation through which recurring patterns are produced.
What appears in behaviour, relationships, decisions, leadership or the body is often the visible expression of organisation operating beneath it. The work traces recurring expression to its Source-Origin, where unnecessary organisation can be identified and released, so more coherent participation becomes available.
The private engagements below are applications of this architecture across family and business systems.

ORIGIN is the focused private engagement for one primary recurring pattern or structure.
We identify the primary structure at its Source-Origin and release the unnecessary organisation sustaining its repetition, making coherent movement available across the 90-day engagement.

Multiple expressions.
6 months.
EXPRESSION is ideal for working across multiple expressions of organisation in your life, rather than one primary pattern.
This may include business, leadership, relationships, parenting, personal patterns and other relevant expressions.
The work examines where the same or related organisation is appearing across different areas and addresses those expressions as they become visible.

The focus is not on treating each expression as a separate problem. It is on identifying the organisation connecting what continues to reproduce, releasing what is unnecessary, and restoring coherence across how you relate, decide, lead and create.

FIELD
Whole-field private engagement.
12 months.
FIELD is the most comprehensive engagement of private Source-Origin work.
The engagement operates across the wider field of business, leadership, relationships, family, parenting and personal creation, with the scope remaining bespoke to your life and responsive to what becomes present throughout the 12 months.
Rather than defining a fixed set of challenges at the outset, the work remains available to identify and release unnecessary organisation as new situations, decisions, relationships and patterns arise.

Ongoing Source-Origin analysis and reorganisation across multiple expressions
12 private Zoom calls
An in-person experience in London, UK, NYC or Lima, Peru
Monday–Thursday Telegram access throughout the engagement

This is not twelve months of repeating the same intervention.
What is identified as unnecessary can end at its Source-Origin, so it does not need to continue organising subsequent participation.
What arises in real time can therefore be seen within the wider field as it is happening, rather than being treated as an entirely new problem each time.
The outcome is sustained coherence across how you relate, decide, lead and create, with the work remaining available as life itself changes.

A Personalised Source-Origin Analysis™ gives you a precise entry point into one recurring pattern, using Source-Origin Architecture® to identify its origin and expose what is organising its repetition.
You leave with clarity on what has been driving the pattern, what you have been carrying or compensating for, where your authority sits, and what becomes possible when that organisation is exposed.
This can create greater conviction in your movement, clarity in your decisions and direction, and authority in your relationships and other areas where the pattern has been expressing itself.
The Analysis stands alone. You can take what has been exposed forward yourself, or, if a wider structure is identified, choose to continue into deeper private work with Alice.
